St Joseph’s Convent, North Cheam & St Mary’s Convent, North Cheam

St Joseph’s Convent houses the Provincialate of the Daughters of the Cross.

Currently five sisters belong to these communities, one of whom lives and works for the Church on Holy Island (Lindisfarne).

One Sister continues to give pastoral support at St. Raphael’s Hospice.

A large group of Associates of the Daughters of the Cross is attached to St Mary’s community, brought together by Sister Caroline and Sister Lena initially. Sister Rose now leads the group.

The English Province of the Daughters of the Cross has an ongoing formation team for the Sisters, Sister Rose is a member of the team.
